The Sampurna Rider app is designed exclusively for delivery captains. To provide core functionalities such as tracking delivery distance and to help captains navigate to delivery locations, the app needs to collect and use your location data.

• Foreground Location: We collect your location data while the App is open and in use on your screen to navigate to customer locations.
• Background Location: We also collect your location data when the App is running in the background (even if the App is closed or not in use). This is necessary to track the progress of your active deliveries and calculate delivery distances accurately.

You can stop the collection of location data at any time by turning off location services for the App in your device settings, but doing so will prevent you from receiving or fulfilling delivery orders through the App.

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you updates about our store, new product launches, and other promotional content.

By providing your personal information to complete a transaction—such as placing an order, arranging a delivery, or returning a purchase—we assume your consent for us to collect and use your information for that specific purpose only.
